With the start of Spring usually brings a sense renewal, a fresh start. Flowers are blooming, the air is warming, and we are excited to enjoy natures beauty outside. With that change of season, our stores are normally bustling with happy faces ready to furnish their outdoor oasis. This Spring is different, and we want to take a few minutes to address these uneasy times. As a nation, we are fighting the battle together, as Americans, and as a small business society of friends, and neighbors.
Here at Tyndall’s, outside is what we do. It is our life blood and has been for over 35 years. The Tyndall’s name has always been synonymous with top quality outdoor and sun-room furniture, accessories and more. We aim to STAY your source for OUTDOOR, for years to come.
The days and weeks ahead will be trying for so many of us, not only in Small Business, but Seasonal Small Businesses. For our part, to “flatten the curve” we are taking sanitation very seriously, advising any employees who feel unwell to stay at home, and follow all guidelines as handed down by local, state and national officials. We are limiting customers in ours stores to 6 or less and wiping down door handles, restrooms, catalogs, etc after all interactions. As well as endless hand washing and sanitizing, as most of you out there are already doing.
What we are trying NOT to do is panic. As much as possible, we remain business as usual, maintaining distance and staying below the 10-person (employee and customer) max recommendation in our stores and warehouses.
Seasonal businesses will need all of YOU to survive, retail business and the hospitality industry in the coastal region will be hard hit, and once we can get back to normal, we hope you will remember the Tyndall’s name as you begin your shopping. In the meantime, we are here in the stores (limited staff) as well as via phone, email and video message. We are happy to send information, photos of items in our stores, provide quotes and any details you need.
